You stay in control of the calendar, the prices and the negotiation. Anyone interested contacts you directly through your WhatsApp or your property's website.

How it works

    You tell us about the house

    Photos, how many guests it sleeps, what it has, where it is and what you want to say about prices. If you already have a site or a listing, we work from what exists.

    We build the page

    The house joins the showcase with a page of its own, an address on Google and a button that leads straight to you.

    The guest talks to you

    Anyone interested presses the button and lands in your WhatsApp, with the name of the house already in the message. Or on your house's site, if you prefer.

What people usually ask

What does listing cost?
Hōma charges no commission on bookings and no percentage of the nightly rate. If there is a cost, it's agreed up front and it's fixed: you'll never discover a fee after closing with a guest.
Do I have to stop using Airbnb or Booking?
No. Plenty of houses are on both. The difference is that here the contact reaches you directly, without a platform in between and without commission on top.
Who controls the price and the calendar?
You do. Hōma has no calendar and no checkout: it presents the house and passes on the contact. Dates, price and rules are agreed between you and the guest.
My house isn't in one of Hōma's destinations. Can I still list it?
Not for now. Hōma covers only the far south of Bahia, from Santo André to Caravelas, and that's exactly why it works: whoever searches here knows they'll find what the region has.
What if I want to leave later?
Just tell us. There's no lock-in and no penalty, and the house comes off the showcase the same day.
